Salon Policy

• Please be mindful and reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to have no fee charged to card on file. 
• No Call/No Show will be charged for full service to card on file. Banned from future appointments. No Exceptions. 
• Cancellations 24 hour prior/Same day will be charged for half of service to card of file if not rescheduled within one week. No Exceptions.
• Cancellations due to an illness will have the cancellation fee waived if booked within 2 weeks. 
• 10 minute grace period after 10 minutes $15.00 late fee will be charged. I will manually add this on. 
• Arrive 15 mins late to your appointment I will cancel the appointment and charge full service to card on file. No exceptions. 
• Please allow yourself extra time to locate my salon to insure that you are not late. Keep weather and traffic conditions in mind!
